Intercultural Creativity™ Training

Our signature Intercultural Creativity™ training is our brand of antibias creativity training. It includes the  7 Gems of Intercultural Creativity which  integrates inclusion/bias training with creative thinking development. Since elements from these areas overlap (such as observation skills, curiosity, self-reflection, perspective agility, and reframing), we combine these elements to present engaging interactive sessions for inclusion results and creative success.

We are certified to administer the researched-based IDI assessments on intercultural competency, which is the global leading assessment that identifies an employee’s ability to adapt and bridge across cultures. Participants in this training will receive their IDI developmental orientation and a strategic plan to continue their intercultural development. Intercultural development will increase your employees’ ability to shift cultural perspectives and appropriately adapt their behavior to cultural differences and commonalities in the workplace.

Creative Inclusion: Diversity, Equity and Idea Inclusion Training

Diversity, equity and inclusion training is a critical component of creating a work culture that supports and values the growth and creative development of all team members.
