As a coach, he believes in deeply impactful conversations. In addition, Geoff is the founder of Professionals at Play, a training organization that specializes in growing highly productive teams through the power of play. He is also the creator of Engineering Ethos, a 6 week online program to help students design the life they want to live!

Geoff lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and manages to make time for home remodeling, health and fitness, reading, and spending time in the great outdoors with his amazing wife and kids and his hunting dog, Maggie.
